What do you mean she drags? Do her legs not work? If that is the case, please take her to the vet.

Is she less than a month? Kittens can’t walk very well when they’re newborns. Kittens sleep a lot. They get worn out so easily.

Need more info. Newborn kittens need their mothers to nurse them. Difficult to bottle feed if no mom, so look on internet for a website about that & follow it if you have an orphaned kitten. Newborn orphan kittens must be fed a special formula available mainly from vets or petstores, they must be kept very warm lor they can’t digest their food – you can use a heat lamp over a box holding the kittens – use a thermometer to monitor the heat & keep it at about 100 degrees- but if they are in a box they need space to crawl away if they get too hot. They must be fed about ever 4 hours, round the clock, & afterward you must massage their bellies & rear ends to make them pee & poo – they aren’t able to “go” unless you do that. They are too little for dry or canned kitten or cat food. You can start feeding dry kitten chow, moistened with a little water when they are about 5 weeks old. It is a lot easier if you have a mama cat! Good luck.
